ORDERING FROM US

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an email order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered and the total cost of the order. This will be from onlineorders@handpickedlove.co.uk and the sender will appear in your inbox as "Handpicked Love Website". Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(e) If we may not be able to ship the item(s) to your country of residence.

Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted by ourselves.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Goods advertised are sample pieces. We reserve the right to supply the goods subject to variations in actual dimensions and specifications, without prior notice, as some of the items are made individually by hand and slightly differ according to the beads and stones used.

PRICING POLICY

All our prices include VAT. Where we may charge separately for packaging, postage, insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown in the Delivery page. Our prices are reviewed periodically and without notice.

SERVICE ACCESS

While we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

GIFT VOUCHER

Gift vouchers purchased via handpickedlove.com/handpickedlove.co.uk are redeemable when purchasing items sold on Handpicked Love. Gift vouchers may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference. The minimum amount available on a Handpicked Love gift voucher is £10. Currently, the maximum gift card limit is £50.

Handpicked Love gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or used as a deposit on a credit agreement. For items bought with a gift voucher that you wish to exchange, these can either be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value or credit will be issued on your next purchase – at the point of ordering, please contact customer service to validate credit. Please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for more information on returning items.

The gift voucher will expire 12 months after purchase. The Handpicked Love gift vouchers are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. Please treat this gift voucher as cash. We cannot be held liable for gift vouchers that are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced. By using a gift voucher to make purchases on the Handpicked Love, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so, but this right should not affect existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase. Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
