HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping at Handpicked Love is easy:

  1. Click on Shop and use the refined links under By Product to help you find what you are looking for. You can also shop by browsing our Collection or alphabetically by Designer.
  2. Once you've found an item you wish to purchase, select your size and/or the colour you like then simply click the "ADD TO MY BAG" button underneath each item.
  3. When you are ready to pay, click on the "MY SHOPPING BAG" link in the top right hand corner to review the items in your shopping bag. You can use the Remove and Update links to delete items from your shopping bag.
  4. Click on "Checkout and Pay" to complete your order.

 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Yes! Handpicked Love ships worldwide!

Currently you aren't able to select other currency on our site but don’t worry! PayPal will automatically convert Pounds into your currency at checkout and display the total price before you confirm your order. If you would like to check the cost of your order before you pay, there are many currency converter websites, which will accurately convert the cost for you. HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND PACKAGING?

If you live in the UK, our standard postage and packing cost is £3.95 (free for orders over £70) no matter how much you order. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery. International shipping costs £7.95 (free for orders over £100) for Europe  and £9.95 (free for orders over £200) for the rest of the world. For more information, please read our Delivery page.

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Once we have received your payment we will send out your order as soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch, as many items are handmade. Please note that during busier periods, and public holidays such as Christmas and New Years, your order may take longer to reach you. CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details as well as try to combine orders or add items to an existing order. However, we are unable to do so once it has been dispatched. If you need to make any amendments, please contact us at: info@handpickedlove.co.uk for assistance.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE IT HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delay receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable address for the specified delivery times.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your order number. Currently track numbers are only available to the UK next day Special Delivery and International Delivery to Erope and the rest of the world, which you can the trace your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website.

DO YOU OFFER RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUNDS?

Yes. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at: sales@handpickedlove.co.uk with the subject “returns” and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours. For more information, please read the Returns & Exchanges page.

 

CAN I SELL MY JEWELLERY/ACCESSORIES ON  handpickedlove.com?

If you would like to become a retailer on our website, please get in touch at: info@handpickedlove.co.uk with information about yourself and the designs/products you would like to sell. We can discuss further about setting up a business plan and platform for you.

 

ABOUT MEASUREMENTS AND COLOUR DISPLAY:

All handpicked Love item measurements are approximate, but we make sure to measure each item as accurately as possible so that you know the size of the item you will be receiving. Please also be aware that each computer monitor’s colour display will be different. Although we have tried to represent as clearly as possible the colours of each product, colours may vary from screen to screen.


HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

Some of our charms are made from vintage Brass/Bronze, gold-tone or Gold-plated materials and semi-precious materials, which you can keep in good condition by keeping them out of direct sunlight, ensuring that perfume, deodorant or other types of body sprays/creams are not applied directly on to them and by taking them off when you bath/shower. And to keep them looking super duper shiny, simply dab a tiny splash of brass cleaneron a duster cloth and give your items a little rub from time to time.
